§ 1 General Principle
These contribution regulations are not part of the bylaws. They regulate the contribution obligations of the members as well as the fees and levies. They may only be amended by the association's general meeting.
§ 2 Resolutions
The general meeting decides on the amount and due date of the contribution, the admission fee and the levies. The Executive Board determines the fees.
The stipulated amounts are collected on January 1 of the following year in which the resolution was adopted. A different date may also be determined by resolution of the general meeting.
§ 3 Contributions
The annual contributions are graduated as follows:
Children's and Youth Soccer (KJF) – membership €30
Regular membership contribution €60
Premium membership contribution €120
Institutional membership €240
Sponsor membership freely selectable,
but at least €250
The membership contribution is debited in one installment by direct debit from the
current account on May 1 of each year.
If a member's account has insufficient funds at the time the contribution is debited, the member shall be liable to the association for all costs incurred in connection with collection of the contribution and any returned direct debits. This also applies if the account provided has been closed and the member has not informed the association of this.
§ 4 Contentof Memberships
The following benefits apply to the different memberships specified under § 3
With the Children's and Youth – Supporting Membership, the child or young person acquires the right to take advantage of discounts on our Soccer offerings. These are published on our website.
With Regular Membership, the member acquires all rights granted under the bylaws.
The Premium Membership includes all rights of Regular Membership. In addition, the member has the right to have an advertising banner for their company installed on the SOCCER City Boarding School Campus. Upon request, the name of the premium member will be announced on a public notice board in the foyer of FISC.
The Institutional Membership may be acquired by institutions (e.g. companies, public corporations).
Institutional Membership includes all rights of Regular Membership. In addition, the member has the right to have an advertising banner for their company installed on the SOCCER City Boarding School Campus. Upon request, the name of the premium member will be announced on a public notice board in the foyer of FISC.
In addition, the member acquires the right to be named as a supporting member on the homepage of SOCCER City – Educational Facility for Soccer e.V.
The rights of Sponsor Membership are the same as those stated under c).
§ 5 Fees
Separate fees may be charged for additional association services; these shall be determined individually.
The collection of contributions, fees and levies is carried out by electronic data processing. Members' personal data are stored in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.

Transfers to other accounts are not permitted and will not be recognized as payments.
§ 7 Withdrawal from the Association
Voluntary withdrawal shall take place after fulfillment of all obligations by written declaration to the Executive Board, with a notice period of three months, effective at the end of each calendar year.
§ 8 Entry into Force
The above contribution regulations were adopted and put into force by the general meeting on 06.08.2024 in Lengenfeld u. Stein.
